Store and Snore("Store & Snore", "we", "us") provides concierge-style luggage storage services in Nashville, Tennessee, operating from 514 Church St, Nashville, TN 37219. You can reach us at 615-218-8010 or info@storeandsnore.com.

We store backpacks, carry-ons, and full-size suitcases at our secure, restricted-access facility. Each item is individually tagged at drop-off. We also offer luggage pickup within a 5-mile radius of downtown Nashville for an additional fee.

Storage is available during our operating hours of 6 AM to 6 PM. Items picked up after 6 PM are subject to overnight storage fees as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Bookings are made through our website and paid online by card at the time of booking. Prices are shown per bag on our pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Changes, cancellations, extensions, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

• Provide accurate contact and booking details so we can reach you about your luggage.
• Ensure your luggage is securely closed and does not contain prohibited items (see section 5).
• Present your booking confirmation and identification at pickup. Luggage is released only to the person who dropped it off or a person authorized by them.
• Pick up your luggage at the agreed time.

The following must not be stored with us:

• Illegal substances or items unlawful to possess.
• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials, including firearms and ammunition.
• Perishable goods, food, or live animals.
• Irreplaceable items or items of extraordinary value (e.g. large amounts of cash, jewelry, or important original documents) — please keep these with you.

We reserve the right to refuse any item and, where we reasonably suspect a safety or legal risk, to involve the appropriate authorities.

Your items are covered by our small business insurance from the moment they are entrusted to us — both in our storage units and during transportation in our drivers' vehicles. Full details are in our Luggage Storage Agreement.

We are not liable for prohibited items, items of extraordinary value that were not declared to us, or ordinary wear and tear. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses arising from our negligence.

At Store & Snore, we strive to provide exceptional care for your belongings. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Liquids:All liquids stored in suitcases, backpacks, or other items must be securely sealed prior to storage. Store & Snore is not liable for any leaks, spills, or moisture damage caused by improperly sealed liquids.
• Handling and Wear:While we handle your luggage with care, luggage handles, zippers, or other components may break due to normal wear and tear. Store & Snore cannot accept liability for such damages.
• Storage Conditions:We take precautions to ensure liquids are never stored near your belongings. However, Store & Snore is not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

If luggage is not collected and we cannot reach you within 30 days of your scheduled pickup date despite reasonable attempts, the items may be treated as abandoned and donated or disposed of in accordance with applicable law. Accrued storage fees remain payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
